Human Resources Manager (Generalist)
We are a renowned and respected firm of
solicitors employing 170 staff all of whom are based in our modern
premises close to Euston and Warren Street Stations.
As part of our ambitious plans to innovate and
grow our practice we are looking to expand and develop our Human
Resources Team and are recruiting for an exceptional individual to
play a key role in helping us achieve our goals.
Reporting to Senior Management you will have
responsibility for supporting best practice in people management
and provision of advice on employment related matters. Key
challenges will be to improve and enhance current systems including
our recruitment, performance management and people development
programmes.
You need to be CIPD qualified with at least
two years managerial experience. Experience of working in a
legal or other professional services environment is desirable but
not essential.
