Dispute Resolution Solicitor - (3+ years PQE)
We are seeking an experienced litigator used
to running their own caseload with at least 3 years PQE to
join our specialist Dispute Resolution team
The team is lead by 2 partners and currently
consists of 3 other solicitors and a paralegal.
The firm has specialist teams for family,
housing, injury, civil liberties and human rights cases. The
dispute resolution team focuses on claims for breach of contract,
debt recovery, professional negligence, ToLATA and property claims,
contentious probate and some public law issues. The work is mainly
privately funded but the firm also undertakes publicly funded work,
CFA cases and work funded by legal expenses insurance. The work is
highly varied and stimulating and there is an existing caseload to
take over.
Operating from modern central London premises,

varied, challenging caseloads which frequently include high profile
cases.

Criminal Defence Solicitor - (1 - 4 Years PQE)
The successful candidate will specialise in
advocacy and police station work.
Duty solicitor status essential.
